It started with a family road trip from Bozeman to West Yellowstone. We’d rented a camper van, ready for the open road and smores, but the reality of the design didn’t quite match the dream.

As we moved from one campsite to the next, we kept hitting the same walls—literally and figuratively. Between the refrigerator that required a deep squat to reach, a shower that felt more like a puzzle than a utility, and a glaring lack of functional storage,  (move this to get that) the "simple life" felt unnecessarily complicated.

 

We felt it was a classic case of inadequate design meeting poor engineering (or lack of thought).

In the middle of our camping experience, we looked at each other and realized: we could do this better. And so we did.

We wanted the camping and design experience to be better. An interior designer married an engineer, so combining our best talents felt natural.

Each van is hand crafted and is designed and built in Texas. We put thought into the details, because life is in those moments.
